Ms. Patricia Conway-Boyd (PLCS School Board Candidate) requested public records between PLCS School Board members and PLCS administration regarding the Titan Performance Center and Policy 1409 Fundraising. The PLCS administration provided 86 text messages. I, Loan Eby, have reviewed the text messages and created slides of selected messages that prove the PLCS Board of Education did not do their job as board members to address the policy violation.
